The beauty of the most deadly road.  Takes 100 lives on average per year! here are some shots from an expensive bike ride down a service road…guess it’s the most dangerous road due the number of deaths.  it’s a big drop on the left with cars and garbage that has fallen over the years along with crosses all along the side of the road.  The first hour was in pouring rain in the freezing cold at about 13,000 feet and the whole ride is about 3,300 meters of downhill.  It ended in the rainforest at an animal refuge with monkeys, parrots, goats, ant eaters and all other kinds of critters. link: http://homepage.mac.com/emilypolar/dangerous%20rd%20web/index.html
